The company - impressions
KMB Klebetechnik GmbH was founded in 1988 by Klaus Kaiser and Peter Zorowik in Gevelsberg. As early as the 1970s, the two specialists recognised the possibilities and advantages that modern bonding technology still offers today...
Precise mold components with the rolling stamp
In this film you will see the stamping of an acrylic foam, subsequently to be finished as a nameplate. The exposed adhesive is stamped, then the waste is removed; finally, it is wound on itself. One feature at the end of the clip: the back side of the silicone paper can also be printed (e.g. for the batch number). This is done in a single operation, thus incurring no further costs and reducing your logistics concerns.
Tool-free stamping process
Here you see high tech at its best. KMB’s tool-free stamping process is ideal for the production of pre-production parts or small series. The non-contact stamping also allows for the processing of difficult materials at a thickness of up to 1 mm (depending on the material in question), whic cannot be achioeved using conventonal methods.
Acrylate adhesive, paper, cardboard, PET, PU, thin foams (up to 1 mm) and even rubber adhesive, hot melt and PP can be stamped.
The advantages of the KMB tool-free stamping procedure: high accuracy (depending on dimensions), contact-free processing, quick dimension changing if necessary, there is no need for stamping tools – you will save tool production costs.
Winders for various materials
Using sophisticated technology, we will cut for you roll to roll – this silicone paper, for example. But we will also muster for you solutions of paper, film and thin foams (up to 2 mm), tissue and rubberised materials which are at tailor-made width and length.
The features: with material fitted with adhesive, it is also possible to cut open horizontally. With a second shaft, materials can also be laminated and directly narrow-cut.
roll punch for large and small series
Here you can see the KMB roll punch in action. It can also be used to produce large-sized punched parts or multiple blanks in one operation. We always make sure things are cost effective for you. We manufacture large and small series.
Format varied punching
KMB also likes to take on special challenges, as can be seen here. This machine allows for more than just format varied punching. With one and the same tool, we can cut to length or repeat punching processes. This enables us, for example, to cut sheets into different formats without having to change tools. This saves time and therefore costs. The same process could also be used for punching in which a specific shape is to be manufactured at different intervals.
Coating process
Here we see the production process from coating to cutting to the finished punched parts. KMB not only has the right machines for the job, but also the necessary specialist knowledge and know-how. This is the only way to ensure that the coating module, roll cutter and roll punch can deliver the best result for you at a consistently high quality level.
